There are countless ways you can enjoy our HM Rare Dry Gin. This London Dry style gin is incredibly versatile and is the perfect base for any cocktail. Delicious in a G & T with most garnishes or, with it’s clean classic finish, pairs seamlessly to make an irresistible martini or gimlet.

The Woodcutter Gin is a unique gin that boldly stands on its own. It is distilled using locally grown lemon and limes backed by notes of lemon myrtle. Medium toasted French oak spirals balances the botanicals creating the Woodcutters smooth caramel finish and honey like colour.

This gin is one that stands on its own. We recommend pairing our Woodcutter Gin with ginger ale, ice and fresh orange or lime to create a refreshing cocktail. Alternately try it neat over ice to really experience of the flavours of the Woodcutter.

Fresh citrus notes of lemon and lime with a punchy juniper base. Undertones of coriander and oris root create a smooth finish.

We crafted this gin to be zesty and vibrant and The Twist Gin has that in spades. Just like all our gins we think The Twist Gin is delicious over with ice or add some Mediterranean tonic with a slice of lime.

To taste our HM Anise Gin is very smooth and gives a warming finish from the flavours of the anise myrtle. We recommend pairing the Anise Gin with spiced orange ginger ale, traditional tonic or even a grapefruit soda mixer. Fresh grapefruit or a slice of orange as a garnish.
