BEST WAYS TO SERVE
ELDERFLOWER & MINT SPRITZ
Ingredients
30ml HM London Dry Gin
45ml Sparkling Wine (dry)
15ml Elderflower cordial
15ml Lime juice
Top with Soda Water
Glassware: White wine glass
Garnish: 3 Cucumber wheels and 1 mint sprig
Preparation
1) Pour HM London Dry Gin, elderflower cordial and lime juice into the base of wine glass.
2) Clap mint to release flavour and add to glass.
3) Top wine glass with ice and stir to combine.
4) Add sparkling wine and stir gently.
5) If required add more ice and top with soda water.
6) Garnish with cucumber and mint sprig.
FLORADORA
Ingredients
45ml HM London Dry Gin
22ml Fresh lime juice
22ml Raspberry syrup
60ml Ginger ale
Glassware: Collins/highball
Garnish: Lime wheel and raspberry to garnish
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup.
2. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
4. Top with ginger ale.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and raspberry.
LYCHEE SOUTHSIDE FIZZ
Ingredients
45ml HM London Dry Gin
20ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Lychee juice
15ml Sugar syrup
6 Mint leaves
Top with soda water
Glassware: Collins/highball
Garnish: Mint sprig
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients into ice filled cocktail shaker except soda water, shake vigorously until the cocktail is chilled with outside of the cocktail shaker frosting over.
2. Double strain into ice filled glass and top with soda water.
3. Stir gently to combine and garnish with mint sprig.
LEMONGRASS GIMLET
Ingredients
60ml HM London Dry Gin
20ml Lime juice
20ml Lemongrass syrup
Glassware: Nic and Nora
Garnish: Lime wheel
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lime juice and lemongrass syrup and shake for 20 seconds.
2. Strain into a Nic and Nora glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Lemongrass syrup recipe
3 lemon grass stalks
1 lime leaf (optional)
2 1/2 cups caster sugar
2 cups water
Lemongrass syrup preparation
Make a lemongrass syrup by chopping three stalks of lemongrass into one-inch pieces and pounding them so the threads split. Add the lemongrass to a medium saucepan with 2 1/2 cups of white sugar, 2 cups of water, and one lime leaf (optional), and bring to a boil, whisking to dissolve the sugar. Let the syrup cool, then strain and bottle for use within 4 weeks.
STRAWBERRY APPLE COOLER
Ingredients
45ml HM London Dry Gin
20ml Lime juice
60ml Cloudy apple juice
2-3 Strawberries
10ml Sugar syrup
Glassware: Highball/Collins
Garnish: Strawberry
Preparation
1. Muddle fresh strawberries cubes in base of cocktail shaker or add strawberry puree.
2. Add HM London Dry and all other ingredient to cocktail shaker.
3. Fill with cubed ice, Shake vigorously until the shaker frosts up.
4. Double strain cocktail over fresh cubed ice into a highball glass and garnish with a strawberry.
GIN & TONIC
Ingredients
45ml HM London Dry Gin
150ml Premium tonic water
Glassware: Collins/Highball
Garnish: Orange wedge
Method
1) Fill glass with ice cubes, pour HM London Dry Gin into glass and top with Tonic Water.
2) Stir gently to combine, add more ice if required and garnish with orange wedge.
GIMLET
Ingredients
60ml HM London Dry Gin
20ml Lime juice
20ml Sugar syrup
Glassware: Nic and Nora
Garnish: Lime wheel
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lime juice and sugar syrup and shake for 20 seconds.
2. Strain into a Nic and Nora glass.
