What is a London dry gin?
London dry gin is a distilled gin in which ALL botanicals used have been involved in the distillation process. The resultant gin distillate must be at least 70% ABV. The only ingredient that can be added to the distilled gin is water. This is done to dilute the product back to an average ABV of 40%. All gins MUST contain Juniper berries – without juniper you cannot claim the product to be gin.. Despite its name London Dry Gin can be made anywhere in th world with many distilleries throughout the world using the London Dry term.
Our Unique London Gin Dry Is Served At Licensed Or Regulated Premises Under The Liquor Control Act 1988 And The Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.

THE RAMBLE:
2oz @hillmartingin Rare Dry Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.25oz Simple Syrup
3 Fresh Raspberries
Combine the Gin, lemon juice and 3/4oz of the simple syrup in a Boston shaker
Shake with ice and pour over ice into a @wheelandbarrowhome highball glass
Muddle the remaining 1/2oz of sugar syrup with the raspberries
Pour over the top of the drink
Serve with a sustainable wheat straw
