Delivery FAQ's

For orders under $120, select ‘Distillery Pickup’ at checkout. For orders over $120, please add a note requesting pickup, and we’ll handle the rest during processing to arrange a collection time.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of payment and are generally shipped the same or next business day. Typically goods are being received by customers within 3 -7 days from the date of order dependent on the final destination within Australia.

We use Australia Post for all online orders, except for deliveries within a few kilometers of the distillery. An Australia Post tracking notification email should have been sent to you, allowing you to track your order. If you haven’t received this email, please complete the contact form on this page, and we will send the tracking details as soon as we receive your inquiry.
