Bergamot isn’t your average citrus fruit, it’s the intensely fragrant, deeply aromatic rockstar of the citrus world (the iconic flavour behind Earl Grey tea).

Crafted in partnership with our friends at Bergamia in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, it’s layered with the bold, aromatic zest of fresh local bergamot, perfectly balanced by classic juniper.

THE STORY: CITRUS SUPERCHARGED

After selling out in record time in 2025 (just 2 weeks), our local crowd-favourite is officially back for its 2026 seasonal release.

If you think you know citrus gin, think again. Think: crisp citrus aroma, a gentle floral lift and a clean, refreshing finish.

To bring this bottle to life, we teamed up right here in Victoria with the local growers at Bergamia in the Yarra Valley. We took their incredibly vibrant, oil-rich bergamot zest and married it with our award-winning approach to distilling.

The result? A boutique Australian gin that hits you with an unforgettable, sun-drenched brightness from the very first pour.

TASTING NOTES

A distinct Bergamot aroma, think Earl Grey and citrus supercharged.

Vibrant, fragrant citrus layers unfold beautifully, revealing a delicate floral complexity and those unmistakable, sophisticated notes of premium Earl Grey.
Rich, viscous, and incredibly silky. Because we pack this gin with real, natural citrus oils during distillation, it carries a remarkably smooth finish.
Bergamot Citrus Gin

HOW TO SERVE BERGAMOT CITRUS GIN

30ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
15ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
30-60ml Brut style champagne or sparkling wine
Lemon twist to garnish
Method:
1.  To a cocktail shaker with ice add Bergamot Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake for 20 seconds.
2. Double strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine.
3.  Garnish with your lemon peel twist.

60ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml  Sugar syrup
Soda water
Lemon wheel and optional cocktail cherry to garnish
Method:
1.  To a tall glass half filled with ice, add your Bergamot Gin, juice, syrup and top with soda water.
2. Lightly stir to combine and garnish.

60ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
15ml Dry vermouth
Optional dash of orange bitters
Lemon peel twist
Method:
1. In preparation, place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer. 30minuted before serving.
2. Combine all your ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker.
3. Half fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into your chosen glass and garnish with your lemon peel twist.

45ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
120ml Tonic water – we prefer a lighter style tonic
Method:
1.  To a tall glass half filled with ice, add your Bergamot Gin and tonic water.
2. Lightly stir to combine.
