HM Seven Spice Chai Gin is an irresistible blend of seven exotic spices, juniper berries and locally produced honey.
Big and bold in flavour, it is unlike any other gin you’ve tasted before. The addition of honey creates a creamy mouthfeel that balances the medley of spices, delivering HM Gin’s signature smooth finish.
Best served with ginger ale, on the rocks or as a Dirty Chai Martini.

In crafting HM Seven Spice Chai Gin we distill cinnamon, star anise, cardamon, nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, ginger and tea extract with a healthy dose of juniper. All botanicals are added to the pot of the still for distillation with nothing in the botanical basket.
Ingredients:
30ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
30ml Espresso
30ml Coffee liqueur, avoid overly sweet liqueurs like Kahlua
Process:
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds.
2. Add ice to your shaker and shake for an additional 20-30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
45ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
120ml Tonic water – we recommend Long Rays Pacific or Fever-tree Mediterranean tonic water
To a glass with ice add the gin and tonic water. Lightly stir the ingredients to combine and garnish with a orange slice.

Process:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add your gin and dry ginger ale.
3. Lightly stir and garnish with orange wheel.

1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream
Process:
1. To a bowl add your scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
2. Pour the HM Seven Spice Chai Gin over the ice-cream followed by a shot of espresso.

Of all the gins blushing pink is my fav. But then comes the spiced chai and blows me out. It has a wonderful balance of honey and the spices. The aroma when you pour the gin is lovely and has a sweetness to it that is relaxing. A sip or two and you can taste the spices. The balance between the honey and the spices is perfect. You can have it on ice or with Soda or even tonic (for those with sweet tooth) and it tastes just as good. You can have it as a dessert drink or starters. Whichever way you look at it, it tastes good. Its a wonderful all rounder! Must try.

The Blushing Pick Gin we scored at the MFWS was out favourite for a long time, that was until we sipped the Chai a few days ago at the Melb Show. What can we say, we love some spiced chai so how could we not take home 3 bottles from the show, break out backs and shoulders carrying it around the showgrounds. Nothing would ease the sore shoulders like another glass of this perfect gin over ice, because we like it strong.

I found your distillery and, your Seven Spice Chai Gin, at the Royal Melbourne Show this year.
Being a huge Chai Tea lover (I drink mine without any milk!!), your Gin was an absolute revelation of incredible flavour, that I sometimes enjoy just on ice in my specially designed double-wall whiskey glasses, or with Ginger Beer – either way, it is just spectacular and, something I will continue to buy into the future.
I’m going to try to work my way through your other gin selections as I re-order the Chai Gin, but I don’t think anything can surpass what is now my favourite gin.

Just wanted to say thanks for your marvelous creation in the Seven Spice Chai Gin. I personally don’t drink but I’m always on the hunt for unique Gins for my boss and his wife for Christmas and Birthday presents.
I was searching for a present and came across this specific gin and instantly knew from the ingredients listed that it would be a fan favourite with them and the reviews all over the web were spot on in confirming that.
Now in the last 7 years of working for my boss, I have gifted them with quite a number of Gins – the cult favourite and understandably a frequent flyer in my list of Gins to buy – Four Pillars, Mt Uncle Distillery, Seven Zero Eight, Big Tree Distillery, Gin Mare to name a few but before gifting them your blend, I blindly made a bold claim in outlining this could be a new favourite for them that could beat the prior Gins I have bought them and as expected straight from my boss “Your efforts are remarkable. It’s out of this world good. Definitely next level.”
So for that, thank you – for making my day in knowing I picked a winner for them, for making their day with a beautiful Gin and most certainly for being a one of a kind company that creates such amazing Gin.
