Goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies as most appropriate for the goods and destination location.

For orders of AUD$100.00 or more, goods will be shipped by Parcel Post free of charge. Orders below AUD$100.00, shipping will charged at a flat rate of AUD$10.00.

If you’d like your goods as fast as possible, choose the Express Post option. Additional fees may apply and these will be shown at checkout

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of payment and are generally shipped the same or next business day. Typically goods are being received by customers within 3 -7 days from the date of order dependent on the final destination within Australia.

Damaged or lost orders should be reported to us immediately. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Hillmartin Distillery.
