HOW TO SERVE HM SIX-EYED SCORPION CHILLI GIN

Ingredients:
60ml HM Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Gin
22ml
 Fresh lime juice
120ml Grapefruit soda
Salt for the rim
Lime wedge for garnish

Method:
1. Best served in a tall glass, salt the rim. To salt the rim, rub some lime around the rim of the glass and then dip the glass in the salt -woolah!
2. Add ice to your glass and add all your ingredients.
3. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Ingredients:
30ml HM Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Gin
30ml Your favourite blanco Tequila
15ml Triple sec
30ml Fresh lime juice
Salt for the rim
Lime wedge for garnish

Method:
1. 
 Best served in a margarita or rocks(short) glass, salt the rim. To salt the rim, rub some lime around the rim of the glass and then dip the glass in the salt.
2. In a cocktail shaker with ice add your HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into your glass and garnish – enjoy!

Ingredients:
30ml HM Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Gin
30ml HM Rare Dry Gin
22ml Fresh lemon juice
22ml Honey syrup (1/2 honey, 1/2 water)
5 drops Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Oil

Method:
1. 
 Chilli a coupe glass in your fridge for 30mins before preparing.
2. To a cocktail shaker add all your ingredients except the Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Oil. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds or until well combined.
3. Strain into your chilled coupe glass and garnish with 5 drops of Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Oil.

Ingredients:
60ml HM Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Gin, 
15ml
 Fresh lime juice, 
120ml Ginger beer, 
Lime wedge for garnish 

Method:
1. Combine your HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin and fresh lime juice in a mule or tall glass.
2. Top with ginger beer and stir to combine.
3. Garnish with lime wedge.
