The idea for this gin came to life when we got our hands on five 20L Tasmanian whisky barrels. Dad and I felt London Dry Gin was commonly used in barrel aged gins so we wanted to break the mold and choose our HM Orange Squeeze Gin to age instead.
After six months of aging, HM Barrelled Orange Squeeze Gin was ready for tasting and to our delight the flavour and finish was out of this world. Only 66 bottles were produced in this release – so get in quick before they run out.
