The result is a layered, vibrant gin that leans into its bright citrus notes while maintaining a sophisticated backbone.

Juniper berries, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cassis bark, fresh navel orange, lemon myrtle and anise myrtle.

How our Orange Squeeze Gin is made

For the base of our Orange Squeeze Gin, we use the highest purity alcohol available in Australia and a double dose of juniper berries to bring out a bold juniper flavour. We then add coriander seeds, cinnamon, cassia sticks, and finely cut locally grown lemon and anise myrtles. And, of course, we include fresh navel oranges. The botanical basket is also filled with fresh navel oranges to further infuse the gin with navel orange flavour. With so much orange, it’s no wonder the Orange Squeeze tastes as good as it does. The resulting concentrated gin has a smooth and rounded taste with a distinctive navel orange finish. It comes out of the still with an average alcohol by volume (ABV) of 78%. The gin is then stored in stainless-steel tanks, and after some time, it is diluted to 43% ABV, bottled, and packed, ready for you to enjoy. Orange Squeeze Gin stands out from the crowd and you’ll know why once you taste it.

HOW TO SERVE HM ORANGE SQUEEZE GIN

Distilled in the classic London Dry style, our Orange Squeeze Gin is incredibly versatile in a variety of cocktails. Swap out a traditional London Dry for our Orange Squeeze when you’re craving a refreshing citrus kick.

MANDARIN SPRITZ

Ingredients:
30ml HM Orange Squeeze Gin
30ml White wine
15ml Orange style Italian bitters
20ml Mandarin juice
5ml Lemon juice
Top with soda water
Glassware: White wine glass
Garnish: Orange slice

Preparation:
1. Add HM Orange Squeeze Gin and all other ingredients except soda water into a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill with cubed ice, Shake vigorously until the shaker frosts up.
3. Double strain cocktail over fresh cubed ice into a wine glass, top with soda water and garnish with Mandarin wedge and mints sprig.

ORANGE SQUEEZE & TONIC

ingredients:
45ml HM Orange Squeeze Gin
150ml Premium tonic water
Glassware: Highball/Collins
Garnish: Orange slice and rosemary slice

Preparation:
1. Fill glass with ice cubes, pour HM Orange Squeeze Gin into glass and top with Tonic Water. ingredients to combine and garnish with a orange slice.
2. Stir gently to combine, add more ice if required, garnish with orange wedge and rosemary sprig.

ORANGE SQUEEZE SPRITZ

Ingredients:
45ml HM Orange Squeeze Gin
20ml Fresh orange juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Prosecco
Glassware: White wine glass
Garnish: Orange slice

Preparation:
1. Fill your glass with ice.
2. Pour in your gin, orange juice and sugar syrup. Lightly stir to combine.
3. Top glass with Prosecco and add your garnish. Lightly stir again.

THE BEST NEGRONI YOU'LL EVER TASTE

Ingredients:
30ml HM Orange Squeeze Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet vermouth
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Orange peel

Method:
1. To a mixing glass with large ice cubes add all ingredients and stir.
2. Negronis are best served with one large ice cube. Add cube to your rocks glass and strain in stirred ingredients. Add garnish.

PASSIONFRUIT & ORANGE COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
45ml HM No 5 Orange Squeeze Gin
20ml Honey syrup (add a little extra if you have a sweet tooth)
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
Soda water
Glassware: White wine glass
Garnish: Orange wheel

Method:
1. To a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, honey syrup and the pulp of one passion fruit. Shake for 30-45 seconds.
2. Pour shaken ingredients to a glass with ice and top with soda water but not too much.
3. Add the pulp of the additional passion fruit and stir.
