Paloma Cocktail Recipes
Ingredients:
60ml HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin
22ml Fresh lime juice
120ml Grapefruit soda
Salt for the rim
Lime wedge for garnish
Method:
1. Best served in a tall glass, salt the rim. To salt the rim, rub some lime around the rim of the glass and then dip the glass in the salt -woolah!
2. Add ice to your glass and add all your ingredients.
3. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Spicy Gingarita
Ingredients:
45ml HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin
30ml Cointreau
22ml Fresh lime juice
Salt for the rim
Lime wedge for garnish
Method:
1. Best served in a margarita or rocks(short) glass, salt the rim. To salt the rim, rub some lime around the rim of the glass and then dip the glass in the salt.
2. In a cocktail shaker with ice add your HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into your glass and garnish – enjoy!
Chilli Gin Mule
Ingredients:
60ml HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin,
15ml Fresh lime juice,
120ml Ginger beer,
Lime wedge for garnish
Method:
1. Combine your HM Six-Eyed Chilli Gin and fresh lime juice in a mule or tall glass.
2. Top with ginger beer and stir to combine.
3. Garnish with lime wedge.

Ingredients:

15ml Triple Sec

Method:
1. Combine lime zest with four parts salt. Rub lime wedge on the rim of your rocks glass. Dip the rim in the lime and salt mix.
2. To a cocktail shaker with ice add all your ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds.
