Ingredients
60ml
HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
30ml Espresso
Cinnamon sugar to garnish
Glassware: Nic and Nora or Martini

Preparation
1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds.
2)Add ice to your shaker and shake for an additional 20-30 seconds.
3)Strain into a chilled glass.
4) Dust over cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients
45 ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
150ml Dry Ginger Ale
Glassware: Martini or Nic and Nora

Method:
1) Fill glass with ice cubes, pour HM Seven Spice Chai Gin into glass and top with Tonic Water.
2) Stir gently to combine, add more ice if required and garnish with orange wedge.

Ingredients
30ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
45ml Sparkling Wine (dry)
15ml Honey Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
Top Soda water
Glassware: White wine glass

Preparation
1) Pour HM Seven Spice Chai Gin, Honey Syrup and lemon juice into a ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake quickly to combine.
2) Pour cocktail into ice filled wine glass and pour in sparking wine.
3) Stir gently to combine.
4) If required add more ice and top with soda water.
5) Garnish with orange wedge.

45ml Sparkling Wine (dry)
15ml Honey syrup
10ml Lemon juice
Top with soda

30ml Cognac
10ml Creme de Cacao
15ml Cream
15ml Milk
Glassware: Coupe

Preparation
1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake.
2) Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3) Optional garnish of cinnamon sugar dusted in a line.

30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar syrup
15ml Egg white
5 Basil leaves
Top with soda
Glassware: White wine glass

Preparation
1) Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
2) Add ice to your shaker and shake for an additional 20-30 seconds.
3) Double strain into a chilled Collins glass with cubed ice and top with soda.
4) Garnish with basil leaf.

30ml Espresso
1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Preparation
1) To a bowl add your scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
2) Pour the HM Seven Spice Chai Gin over the ice-cream followed by a shot of espresso.

60ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
60ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Lime juice
10ml Agave syrup
15ml Jalapeno syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish: garnish
Glassware: Collins/Highball

Preparation
1) 1o a cocktail shaker with ice add all ingredients except soda water. 2) Shake well and strain over ice in a highball glass.
3) Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.
