TASTING NOTES
On the nose it is has a distinct Bergamot aroma – think citrus supercharged.
On tasting the floral and fragrant citrus notes unfold, layered with the familiar notes of Earl Grey. It has a full/viscous mouthfeel that results from the level of oils in the gin.
The natural oiliness of this gin makes it a stand-out in martinis with a twist, while its bright citrus character shines in cocktails like the Gin Sour, French 75, and the classic Tom Collins.
