Espresso Chai Martini
This Easter cocktail recipe is one of our HM’s drinkers favourites. It may be seen as a simple recipe but it delivers big on flavour and is so easy to scale up to cater for any sized celebration.
This Easter themed cocktail is indulgent. Taking a classic espresso martini to the next level with our Seven Spice Chai GinHM Seven Spice Chai Gin. and shaved chocolate as a garnish.

Recipe:
- 60ml Seven Spice Chai Gin
- 30ml Fresh espresso coffee
- 20ml Sugar syrup (or honey syrup)
- Chocolate egg to shave and ganish
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients, except the chocolate to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds.
- Add ice to your shaker and shake until the shaker is well-chilled and frosted.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Use a peeler to finely shave a chocolate egg. Cover half the surface with the shaved chocolate.
