HM 2025 SINGLE VINEYARD PINOT NOIR GIN

Ingredients:
45ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
22ml Fresh lemon juice
22ml Cointreau
1 egg white
Lemon twist

Process:
1. Combine all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake for 30 seconds to emulsify.
2. Now, fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake for another 15 to 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist. 

Ingredients:
60ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Sugar syrup
Optional splash of soda water

Process:
1. To a mixing glass with ice add all your ingredients except the soda water.
2. Stir for 30 seconds and then strain into a chilled glass.
3. Now add a splash soda water if you like.

60ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
120ml Tonic water – we recommend Long Rays Pacific or Fever-tree Mediterranean tonic water

To a glass with ice add the gin and tonic water. Lightly stir the ingredients to combine and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
30ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Apricot brandy

Process:
1. To a cocktail with ice add all your ingredients and shake
2. Garnish with a lime twist

Ingredients:
30ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange twist

Process:
1. Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass.
2. To your glass add large ice cubes and stir for 10 seconds.
3. Garnish with orange twist.
