{ Scarlet Lady Cocktail }
The Scarlet Lady is a take on the classic gin cocktail the White Lady recipe. All you need is four ingredients, a cocktail shaker and a coupe glass.
Scarlet lady ingredients
45ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
22ml Fresh lemon juice
22ml Cointreau
1 egg white
Lemon twist garnish
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker without ice add all your ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish and enjoy!
