{ Honey Chai Spritz }
The Honey Chai Spritz is a light, fragrant cocktail, crafted with HM Seven Spice Chai Gin, a touch of natural honey and dry sparkling wine. Sweet, warming chai spices meet crisp effervescence for a smooth, aromatic drink that’s perfect serve for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS:
30 ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
45 ml Sparkling Wine (dry)
15 ml Honey syrup
10 ml Lemon juice
Top with Soda Water
Glassware: White wine glass
Garnish: Orange wedge
METHOD:
1) Pour HM Seven Spice Chai Gin, Honey Syrup and lemon juice into a ice filled cocktail shaker.
2) Shake quickly to combine.
3) Pour cocktail into ice filled wine glass and pour in sparking wine.
4) Stir gently to combine.
5) If required add more ice and top with soda water.
6) Garnish with orange wedge.
