Christmas Fizz cocktail ingredients
30ml HM London Dry Gin
15ml Fresh lime juice
1 large Strawberry
6 Mint leaves
30ml Soda water
45ml Prosecco
*10ml Optional sugar syrup
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker muddle lime juice, strawberry and mint leaves. If adding sugar syrup muddle as well.
2. Add HM London Dry Gin and ice. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. To your glass add ice, then double strain.
4. Top with prosecco and soda water. Slightly stir to combine.
