50 ml HM No.5 Orange Squeeze Gin
30 ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
20 ml Aperol
15 ml Simple syrup
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Preparation
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, grapefruit juice, Aperol, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and serve.
Woodcutter’s Delight
50 ml HM No.2 Woodcutter Gin
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Maple syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
Lemon wheel for garnish
Preparation
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice, maple syrup, and bitters. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve.
Blushing Pink Spritzer
50 ml HM No.3 Blushing Pink Gin
50 ml Prosecco
30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml Simple syrup
Soda water
Lemon peel for garnish
Preparation
In a wine glass filled with ice, pour the gin, Prosecco, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Top off with a splash of soda water and garnish with a lemon peel.
Orange Squeeze Fizz
50 ml HM No.5 Orange Squeeze Citrus Gin
25 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white (optional)
Soda water
Orange slice for garnish
Preparation
In a shaker, combine the gin, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using). Shake well for about 15 seconds to froth up the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda water, and garnish with an orange slice.
