Garden Picnic cocktail ingredients

50ml HM Anise Gin
25ml Elderflower liqueur
75ml Cloudy apple juice
10ml Lime juice
Cucumber ribbon

Preparation

1. To a cocktail shaker add ice and all the ingredients except the cucumber ribbon and shake.
2. Strain into a highball glass.
3. Garnish with the cucumber ribbon.
