Visit us at Hillmartin Distillery

At Hillmartin Distillery, we are a small, family-run distillery located in Plenty, Victoria. Our cellar door is open for visits by appointment only, offering an exclusive and intimate experience for groups of up to four people.

Your visit will be hosted by founders Amy and Gavin Shaw, who will take you behind the scenes to share our story and show you how we craft our award-winning gins. As part of this private experience, you’ll have direct access to the makers, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

The best part? Your tour concludes with a guided tasting of our delicious HM Gins.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible time with Gavin as he walked us through the HM distillation process and answered all the questions we had for him. The tasting was also amazing as we both agreed that all of the HM gins were delicious and we would happily buy any of them, which is not common for most distilleries. We would recommend both HM gins and the distillery experience to anyone who likes gins as it was so worth the visit, plus the entire experience was very intimate and personal which was unique and something I've never had at other distilleries.

Amy was such a wonderful host at the distillery when my daughter & I visited over the weekend. She gave us a very informative & thorough insight into the making of gin & we had a great time. The tastings were amazingly good! Highly recommend her gins especially the Spiced Chai gin!

Some of the best Australian gins I’ve ever tasted. Anise, Navy Strength and Rare Dry are all exceptional! Great job by a wonderful daughter/dad team.

What happens after I submit a booking form

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Once your booking time is confirmed, we will send a payment link to secure your visit. Payment must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking.

We are on Hillmartin Lane, Plenty, Victoria. The full address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
