Where is HM Gin located?

Our distillery is proudly located in Plenty, Victoria, Australia.

Can I visit the distillery?

We are currently closed to the public, distillery visits can be arranged by appointment. Please feel free to contact us using the online inquiry form on this page.

Delivery FAQ's

Is Click and Collect available for my order?

If you’d like to collect your order directly from us, at checkout use code clickcollect to waive the delivery fee. Once your order is complete, reply to your order confirmation email or email [email protected] to arrange a collection time.

I’m purchasing this as a gift—can you include a message?

Yes, absolutely. We have special gift cards for special occasions. Inclue your message in the order notes and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of payment and are generally shipped the same or next business day. Typically goods are being received by customers within 3 -7 days from the date of order dependent on the final destination within Australia. Australia Post is our courier partner.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, if you are based outside of Australia we can deliver to you however delivery costs can vary. Please use the contact form on this page with your delivery address and the products you would like. We will provide a quote of the delievry costs for your approval.

How can I track my order?

We use Australia Post for all online orders, except for deliveries within a few kilometers of the distillery. An Australia Post tracking notification email should have been sent to you, allowing you to track your order.
