Bergamot French 75 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
30ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
15ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
30-60ml Brut style champagne or sparkling wine
Lemon twist to garnish

METHOD
1.  To a cocktail shaker with ice add Bergamot Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake for 20 seconds.
2. Double strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine.
3.  Garnish with your lemon peel twist.

Bergamot Gin Sour Recipe

INGREDIENTS
45ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
15ml Egg white

METHOD
1. To a cocktail without ice add all your ingredients, shake for 20-30 seconds.
2. Now, half fill with your shaker with ice and shake for another 15 seconds.
3. Double strain into your chilled glass.

60ml HM Bergamot Citrus Gin
15ml Dry vermouth
Optional dash of orange bitters
Lemon peel twist
Method:
1. In preparation, place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer. 30minuted before serving.
2. Combine all your ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker.
3. Half fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into your chosen glass and garnish with your lemon peel twist.
