{ Chai & Dry Cocktail }
The Chai & Dry is a comforting yet refreshing highball, made with HM Seven Spice Chai Gin and dry ginger ale. Warming spices meet crisp effervescence for a smooth, aromatic cocktail that’s perfect over ice with a wedge of lime — an easy, flavorful serve any time of year.
INGREDIENTS:
45 ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin
45 ml Sparkling Wine (dry)
Glassware: Collins/Highball
Garnish: Orange wedge and mint sprig
METHOD:
1) Fill glass with ice cubes, pour HM Seven Spice Chai Gin into glass and top with Ginger Ale.
2) Stir gently to combine, add more ice if required and garnish with orange wedge and mint sprig.
