French 75 Ingredients
45ml HM No 4 The Twist Gin
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
30-60ml Brut-style Champagne or sparkling wine
Lemont twist to garnish
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute glass, to with Brut-style Champagne or sparkling wine
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
