Gin Mule Ingredients

45ml HM Woodcutter Gin or HM Hot Cross Bun Gin
15ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
2 mint sprigs
90ml Ginger beer
Lime wedge to garnish

Preparation

To a cocktail shaker with ice, add all your ingredients except the ginger beer.
Shake and double strain into a glass with ice. Recommend using a collins glass.
Garnish with lime and any mint you have left over.
