Gin Mule Ingredients
- 45ml HM Woodcutter Gin or HM Hot Cross Bun Gin
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 2 mint sprigs
- 90ml Ginger beer
- Lime wedge to garnish
Preparation
- To a cocktail shaker with ice, add all your ingredients except the ginger beer.
- Shake and double strain into a glass with ice. Recommend using a collins glass.
- Garnish with lime and any mint you have left over.
