Passionfruit Orange Squeeze Cocktail Ingredients

45ml HM No 5 Orange Squeeze Gin
20ml Honey syrup (add a little extra if you have a sweet tooth)
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
Soda water
Lots of ice

Preparation

1. To a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, honey syrup and the pulp of one passion fruit. Shake for 30-45 seconds.
2. Pour shaken ingredients to a glass with ice and top with soda water but not too much.
3. Add the pulp of the additional passion fruit and stir.
4. Enjoy
