The Charlie Chaplin is a fruity, pre-Prohibition classic that’s stood the test of time. This version is made with our Pinot Noir Gin for a smooth, berry-rich twist. All you need is three ingredients, a cocktail shaker, and a chilled coupe glass. Simple, zingy, and full of old-school charm.
Gin sour ingredients
45ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Apricot brandy
10ml Simple syrup
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker with ice add all your ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe/martini glass, garnish and enjoy!
