{ Simple Pinot Noir Gin Cocktail }
A deliciously sweet and sour cocktail that requires only 5 ingredients. HM Pinot Noir Gin is the star of this cocktail that is simple to make at home. Enjoy this Pinot Noir Gin cocktail as either a short drink or add soda water to make this a longer refreshing drink.
Pinot Noir Gin ingredients
60ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Sugar syrup
Optional splash of soda water
Method
1. To a mixing glass with ice add all your ingredients except the soda water.
2. Stir for 30 seconds and the strain into a chilled glass.
3. Now add a splash of soda water to make it a longer cocktail.
