Pinot Noir Gin ingredients

60ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Sugar syrup
Optional splash of soda water

Method

1. To a mixing glass with ice add all your ingredients except the soda water.
2. Stir for 30 seconds and the strain into a chilled glass.
3. Now add a splash of soda water to make it a longer cocktail.
