{ Pinot Noir Gin Sour }
The Pinot Noir Gin Sour is a bold twist on the classic gin sour, made with our rich and fruity Pinot Noir Gin. All you need is four ingredients, a cocktail shaker, and a rocks glass to shake up something smooth, vibrant and seriously sippable.
Gin sour ingredients
45ml HM Pinot Noir Gin
22ml Fresh lemon juice
22ml Simple syrup
1 egg white
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker without ice add all your ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass, garnish and enjoy!
