{ HM Gin Rickey Cocktail Recipe }
A take on the classic Rickey cocktail. The addition of kaffir lime dials up the citrus for a punchy refreshing cocktail.
Gin Rickey cocktail ingredients
45ml HM London Dry Gin
20ml Fresh lime juice
2 Kaffir lime leaves
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Soda water
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, all ingredients except soda water.
2. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled Collins glass.
3. Top with soda water.
Alternatively, you can make a Kaffir Lime syrup by boiling equal parts water and sugar, with Kaffir lime leaves.
