Tom Collins ingredients
50ml HM London Dry Gin
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Sparkling water
Lemon slice
Preparation
1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake.
2. To a highball glass add ice and strain shaken ingredients into the glass.
3. Top your glass with sparkling water.
4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
